Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurgaon for a Commie 1 at Pour and Palate in Gurugram. The person will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of food items in a specific kitchen section. Tasks include food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills such as food preparation, cooking, and plating for continental cuisine
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Attention to detail and creativity in culinary presentation
• Experience of 2-3 years working in a professional kitchen
• Relevant culinary certification or diploma preferred
