Job Description

Role Summary

Own end-to-end execution of all on-ground brand activities. Ensure first-time-right, on-time, and well-tracked delivery across markets.

Roles And Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design of all BTL collaterals (POSM, POP, etc.)
  • Drive end-to-end roll out of all BTL initiatives in coordination with the field BTL team.
  • Coordinate closely with field teams for planning and implementation
  • Drive vendor management including finalization and cost negotiation (with support from Marketing Ops)
  • Drive POP & POSM demand planning, inventory, and deployment (via field inputs)
  • Own tracking of execution, material movement, and coverage (with support from Marketing Ops)
  • Ensure reporting discipline via internal team
  • Build and standardize processes for execution across markets
  • Support sales operations by ensuring creative / marketing requirements are executed.

Ideal Profile

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing from Tier-2 or above institutes (e.g., New IIMs, XIMB, NMIMS, etc.)
  • Fresher at MBA entry (no/minimal prior experience before MBA)
  • 2–3 years of total experience: MT stint with cross-functional exposure + 2+ years in Sales
  • Preferably from top 2–3 companies in adjacent industries/sectors reliant on dealer & influencer networks (e.g., Pidilite, Asian Paints, Ultratech, Castrol, Berger/Opus Paints, Ambuja Cements, Havells, Crompton Consumer Electricals, Orient Electric, etc.)
