Role Description

Draftsman will be responsible for creating architectural, submission, construction drawings and maintaining on-site drawings coordination in medium/ large scale projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in creating architectural, submission and construction drawings
• Experience in spatial planning fundamentals/ standards - shafts, staircases, utilities, ramps etc.
• Good structure framework understanding - column grids, framing, beam depths etc.
• Proficient enough to be able to make observations in consultant drawings
• Strong drafting skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD. Skilled in Sketchup will be added advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with architects, designers & engineers
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in architecture, Course in AutoCAD
