Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Varanasi. The Assistant will support day-to-day operations of the leisure facility, including helping with visitor queries, coordinating bookings and schedules, and ensuring activity areas are prepared and maintained. Responsibilities include handling basic administrative tasks, maintaining records, supporting front desk operations, and assisting with event or program setup as needed. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to provide a safe, clean, and friendly environment and escalating issues to supervisors when required.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills, including handling documentation, scheduling, and maintaining simple records or logs.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced leisure environment, including supporting facility upkeep and assisting with event or activity preparation.
- Comfort using basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, booking systems) and learning new tools as needed.
- High level of reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving day-to-day operational issues.
- Prior experience in hospitality, recreation, customer service, or facility operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality, management, or a related field is a plus.
