Assets Operation Senior Manager

Job Description

Job Purpose

The Assets Operation Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of the company’s real estate asset portfolio. The role ensures assets are efficiently managed, lease agreements are fully complied with, costs are controlled, and asset performance is continuously monitored and optimized to maximize value.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the operational condition and performance of real estate assets.
• Oversee lease agreements and ensure full compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Track and control asset-related costs, including White Land Tax and Owners’ Association fees.
• Support property valuation activities and ensure asset values are updated accurately.
• Prepare regular asset performance, status, and operational reports for management.
• Identify underutilized or underperforming assets and support optimization and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective asset management.
• Ensure all asset operations align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the real estate sector.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the real estate sector, with strong exposure to asset operations and portfolio management.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of real estate asset operations and lifecycle management
• Knowledge of lease administration and contractual compliance
• Cost tracking and financial coordination related to assets
• Asset performance analysis and reporting
• Property valuation support and data management

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

• Saudi Real Estate Institute (SREI)
• Taqeem – Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers
• Wafi – Off-Plan Sales & Lease
• FAL – Certified Property Manager
