Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assembly & Panel team member located in Vadodara, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. Responsibilities include assembling and testing mechanical and electronic components, performing soldering tasks, using hand and power tools, ensuring the proper assembly of panels and equipment, and adhering to quality control checks. The individual will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, ensuring that all assembled products meet the company's quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Soldering and Mechanical Assembly
• Experience working with Hand Tools and Power Tools
• Understanding of and ability to perform Quality Control procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical diagrams
• Basic knowledge of electrical components and circuits
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is advantageous
• Diploma or certification in a relevant technical field is preferred
