Location: Omagh
Hours: 39 Hour Week. Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 3:45pm, Friday 7:00am – 1:00pm
Join our team at Terex Omagh and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek skilled and dedicated Assembly Fitters to contribute to our Production team.

As a Fitter at Terex, based in Omagh, you'll play a pivotal role in building equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Production Supervisor the Assembly Fitter will be involved in a wide range of activities in relation to the building of mobile crushing machines to meet on-time deliveries in the most effective manner.

As a Fitter at Terex, based in Omagh, you'll play a pivotal role in building equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Production Supervisor the Assembly Fitter will be involved in a wide range of activities in relation to the building of mobile crushing machines to meet on-time deliveries in the most effective manner.
Duties include:
- Use of power and manual tooling to assemble machines
- Meeting set targets whilst working on the production line
- Ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts
- Adhering to strict quality targets
- Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement
- To maintain compliance to all Health and Safety Regulations
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience of fitting hydraulics
- Experience in mechanical fitting
- Experience of working in a similar environment would be desirable
- Hard working
- Self-motivated
- Good team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as and when required
