We are seeking an experienced AS/400 Developer with strong expertise in Synon to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing applications on AS/400 platform, ensuring high-quality technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Responsibilities Designing, developing, testing, and implementing applications on AS/400 platform. Ensuring high-quality technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in AS/400 development. Required Skills Strong expertise in Synon development tools. Proficiency in RPG IV, RPGLE, CL programming, and DB2/400 database. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
