At White Heaven Entertainments, we specialize in executing large-scale college festivals across the country — but that’s just the beginning. Our work spans private weddings, corporate events, club shows, music festivals, government shows, and everything in the live entertainment space. From artist curation, bookings, and tour management to artist management, event production, marketing, and tech support — we do it all.

Our offices are in two locations with Noida (Delhi NCR) as our Head Office and representing North India and Bengaluru as our South India location.

The role as an “Artist Manager” will involve administrative and strategic support to all the ongoing for White Heaven Entertainments. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing communications, preparing pitch materials, and conducting market research on artists, campaigns, collecting and curating artist information and partnerships. This will also include travelling for shows as well as being the face of the company while representing artists and ensuring seamless execution of their requirements.

This position is based in-person in our Noida (Delhi NCR) Head Office.

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Represent artists professionally at events and shows
2. Understand and execute artist tech riders (technical + hospitality)
3. Manage travel, accommodation, and logistics (flights, hotels, cabs etc)
4. Act as the single point of contact (POC) for artists and internal teams
5. Coordinate backstage operations and artist schedules
6. Assist across departments including artist management, production, marketing, and operations
7. Work closely with senior team members on live projects
8. Handle research, documentation, and on-ground coordination
9. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
10. Book agent travel and submit expense reports
11. Schedule and confirm meetings
12. Track contract status and unpaid fees; liaise with Accounting and Business Affairs as needed
13. Take notes on artist and agent team calls; organize action items and follow-ups
14. Maintain accurate artist information across internal systems
15. Conduct market research on artists, campaigns, and partnerships

Requirements

1. They can have 0-2 years of experience in artist/tour management, digital marketing, creative or design experience (but a little prior experience can be beneficial).
2. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about the music and entertainment industry (prior backstage/event experience preferred).
3. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) and strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to handle high-pressure live environments.
7. Work requires excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize
8. Meet deadlines across a large, diverse roster of artists.
9. Not a regular 9-to-5 person but someone who is always available and willing to get the work done.
10. Ability to multitask and take initiative but requires demonstrated poise, humbleness and confidentiality.
