Description Role Overview : We are seeking a visionary AI Lead to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions that drive business transformation. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to guide cross-functional teams in leveraging AI for innovation, efficiency, and growth. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership : Define and drive the organizations AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Lead a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI initiatives. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact. Technical Execution Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI/ML models and pipelines. Ensure end-to-end model lifecycle management - from data collection and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring. Implement responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with ethical standards. Optimize model performance and ensure robustness in production & Mentorship : Mentor and upskill team members in machine learning, data engineering, and AI frameworks. Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure efficient data flow and infrastructure support for AI solutions. Qualifications Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Experience 3+ years of experience in data science, AI, or machine learning roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems. Strong understanding of cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI). Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face. Skills Deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
