Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced AI Engineer with deep proficiency in Java and hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning solutions using the AWS tech stack. You will join our growing AI team to build, scale, and optimize high-impact AI-driven products. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy robust AI & machine learning models using Java and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.). Integrate AI algorithms and data pipelines into scalable production systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases, data requirements, and deployment strategies. Optimize model performance and ensure reliability, security, and scalability of solutions in production. Maintain end-to-end responsibility for AI projects from prototyping to monitoring. Continuously research and apply the latest AI/ML technologies and best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java programming, with strong software engineering fundamentals. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing AI/ML models, algorithms, and data processing with Java. Deep expertise in AWS cloud services, especially those relevant to AI/ML (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, Step Functions, etc.). Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, DL4J, Weka, etc.) and ability to integrate them with Java applications. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience deploying AI solutions at scale, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and cloud monitoring. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in an agile team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Master?s/Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. AWS Certification (Machine Learning, Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
