Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Researcher with a strong academic background (Ph.D. preferred) to drive research and innovation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves developing advanced AI models, evaluating emerging technologies, and collaborating with engineering teams to build enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions.
• Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models.
• Build and enhance RAG, Agentic AI, and NLP-based applications.
• Stay updated with the latest AI research and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to translate research into production-ready solutions.
• Publish research findings, patents, or contribute to AI innovation initiatives (preferred).

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG, Vector Databases, and MLOps.
• Strong understanding of AI algorithms, statistics, optimization techniques, and model evaluation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.

Education

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Candidates with a Master's degree from IIT/IISc and exceptional AI research experience are also encouraged to apply.

The candidate should be passionate about exploring emerging AI technologies and converting research into scalable, production-ready solutions while collaborating closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Business teams.
