AI/ML Expertise:
- Understanding of AI agents and their integration with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in model evaluation and comparison (e.g., GPT-4.1 vs GPT-5 reasoning models).
- Ability to perform prompt engineering and fine-tuning for better results.
Key Skills:
- Azure ML, Azure Kubernetes (AKS), Azure Storage/Data Lake, AI Capabilities
- Python for ML scripting
- Familiarity with data engineering workflows & Responsible AI principles
Project Deliverables:
- Testing & Success Criteria
- Defined criteria for success and corresponding tests in the pipeline.
- Functional and scale tests to be implemented.
- Reporting dashboards for test results and feature performance.
- Framework & Customization
- Use of existing experimentation framework; customization needed for new features.
- Engineers should understand AI agents and integration with large language models(LLM)
