Role Overview:

Responsible for designing, training, and deploying AI and ML models that enhance decision-

making and process automation for the Retirement Solutions client.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Work on NLP, predictive analytics, and automation models to support AI roadmap.

∙Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract insights.

∙Develop and maintain ML pipelines and APIs for model deployment.

∙Collaborate with the Innovation Lead and Developers to integrate AI models with

.NET/Sigma systems.

∙Evaluate model performance and retrain for accuracy improvement.

Required Skills:

∙Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NLP frameworks (spaCy, Hugging

Face, OpenAI).

∙Experience with data visualization and feature engineering.

∙Knowledge of SQL and data integration tools (ADF, Databricks preferred).

∙Understanding of Retirement/Financial domain data is a plus.
