Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems powered by machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong programming expertise, experience with AI frameworks, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

• Work on NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.

• Fine-tune pre-trained models and develop custom AI pipelines.

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.

• Deploy AI models using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms.

• Integrate AI solutions into web, mobile, or enterprise applications.

• Monitor model performance and retrain when required.

• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks.

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming in Python (mandatory); knowledge of JavaScript/Java is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or generative AI tools.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

• 2–5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.

• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.

• Exposure to chatbots, automation, or enterprise AI solutions.

• Research publications, Kaggle rankings, or open-source contributions.
