🔧 Required Skills

• 3+ years of backend development with AI integrations

• Strong expertise in Python / Node.js

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI Agents

• Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering & Context Handling

• Experience with vector databases & embeddings

• Knowledge of API architecture, microservices, and cloud deployment

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and integrate LLM-powered features into backend systems

✔ Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

✔ Build and manage AI agents / agentic workflows

✔ Optimize backend performance for AI-heavy workloads

✔ Implement token optimization strategies to reduce latency & cost

✔ Apply advanced prompt engineering and context management

✔ Build scalable API integrations with LLM providers

✔ Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and performance tuning

✔ Collaborate with frontend, product, and data teams for seamless AI deployment
