Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong Python development expertise to design, build, and optimize intelligent applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building machine learning models, integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems, and working with cloud-based environments. Key Responsibilities AI/ML Development Develop, train, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP models. Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation. Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and integrate LLMs for intelligent automation and decision-making. Evaluate model performance and conduct continuous improvements using MLOps best practices. Python Development Write clean, scalable, and reusable Python code for AI services, APIs, and automation scripts. Develop microservices and integrate AI logic using FastAPI / Flask / Django. Automate workflows, data processing, and model deployment tasks. Data Engineering & Cloud Integration Work with structured and unstructured data; build datasets for model training. Integrate AI/ML capabilities with enterprise systems (CRM, internal tools, cloud apps). Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
