This Position Is Ideal For Candidates Who Have

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code manually first and then use AI tools for verification or enhancement, rather than leading with AI, please do not apply)
• At least 1 year of experience as a full-stack developer (you must possess both front-end and back-end development skills)
• Extensive experience using GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Proven track record of implementing Generative AI solutions that delivered substantial quantitative impact
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
