• Design the overall infrastructure, platforms, and technical standards for AI projects, choosing appropriate tools and ensuring smooth, integrated data flows.

• Ensures AI systems are fair, transparent, and unbiased. Establish ethical guidelines, perform impact assessments, and address legal/societal implications.

• Lead and manage the AI research and development team.

• Develop and implement AI strategies that support business objectives.

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.

• Monitor and analyze AI trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology.

Python - NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Django, FastAPI, Langchain, OpenAI.

SQL - Postgres, Redshift, SQL Server.

NoSQL - MongoDB, DynamoDB.

VectorDB - Qdrant, MongoDB, ElasticSearch.

Deployment Tools - Docker, Podman, Nginx, git, CI/CD.

Cloud - ECS, Lambda, Sagemaker, S3, OpenAI, AI Search, Batch, Google Vertex AI, Containers.

Computer Vision - Object Detection, Segmentation.

Natural Language - NLP/NLU, NER, STT, LLMs.

Statistical Analysis, Data Wrangling, Data Visualization, Productionizing Models, JIRA, Confluence, Linux.

• Ensure scalability and efficiency in AI model deployment.

• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative working environment.

AI - Core Responsibilities :

• Algorithm Development: Creating algorithms for machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.

• Data Management: Cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing data.

• Model Training & Evaluation: Training, testing, and refining models to improve accuracy.

• Deployment: Integrating AI models into production environments.

• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
