About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying artificial intelligence solutions, particularly in Databricks, Generative AI, and cloud-based environments. This role involves designing and implementing advanced AI models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows. The AI Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable data pipelines, optimize AI workflows, and contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields, along with proven experience in AI and data engineering. Experience with RAG-based generative AI systems and integrating LLMs into enterprise applications is highly desirable. Knowledge of modern AI frameworks, MLflow, Delta Lake, and streaming technologies will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions within the Databricks environment, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based Generative AI applications to enhance data retrieval and content generation capabilities.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into various enterprise applications and workflows to automate and augment business processes.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Python and PySpark, ensuring efficient data processing and transformation.
• Work with streaming architectures and cloud data warehousing solutions to support real-time analytics and data integration.
• Optimize AI models, workflows, and distributed data processing to improve performance and reduce latency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.
