About the Role

Asmadiya Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Developer to lead the design and deployment of advanced AI solutions across enterprise-grade applications. You will architect intelligent systems, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in the areas of machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and large language models. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Architect AI pipelines and integrate models with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data engineers, and software teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and interpretability using MLOps practices.
• Conduct deep research and experimentation with the latest AI techniques (e.g., Transformers, Reinforcement Learning, GenAI).
• Review code, mentor team members, and set technical direction for AI projects.
• Own model governance, ethical AI considerations, and post-deployment monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, including production model deployment.
• Advanced Python skills and deep expertise in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn.
• Proven experience in deploying models to production (REST APIs, containers, cloud ML services).
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, optimization, statistical modeling, and deep learning.
• Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, and CI/CD pipelines for ML.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML).

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on with LLMs and GenAI tools (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG architecture, vector DBs).
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems at scale.
• Knowledge of model explainability (SHAP, LIME), bias detection, and AI ethics.
• understanding of software engineering best practices, microservices, and API architecture.
