AI Engineer – Voice AI / AI Agents
Location: Onsite
Type: Full-time
We are looking for an AI Engineer to build and scale our AI-powered voice calling system. The role focuses on integrating LLMs, automation tools, and voice AI platforms to create intelligent voice agents.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage AI voice agents using Retell AI
Design automation workflows using n8n and Make
Integrate APIs and AI services into scalable systems
Work with databases like MongoDB for storing conversation and system data
Build backend services for AI workflows and automation
Optimize real-time voice AI performance and reliability
Required Skills
Strong Python / JavaScript skills
Experience with LLMs, APIs, and automation tools
Experience with MongoDB or other databases
Understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
Nice to Have
Experience with voice AI systems or conversational AI
Experience building AI automation pipelines
