Key word : Moveworks, ServiceNow, Nexthink, Python, RESTful APIs, JSON Location : Chennai Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer with hands-on experience in the Moveworks digital assistant platform to join our Digital Workplace Servicing (DWS) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying intelligent use cases that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Workday, and Nexthink, and the ability to integrate APIs and automate workflows across these systems. Key Responsibilities: Configure and deploy use cases within the Moveworks platform to support IT, HR, and workplace services. Enable and manage API integrations between Moveworks and enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Workday, Nexthink). Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions. Develop and maintain custom intents, workflows, and knowledge integrations within Moveworks. Monitor and optimize assistant performance using analytics and feedback loops. Partner with platform owners to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across integrated systems. Stay current with advancements in AI, NLP, and digital assistant technologies to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Proven experience with Moveworks platform configuration and deployment. Strong understanding of ServiceNow, including ITSM workflows and KB integration. Experience with Workday APIs and data structures. Familiarity with Nexthink for digital employee experience analytics. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other digital assistant platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Google Dialogflow). Knowledge of ITIL practices and enterprise service management. Background in AI/ML, NLP, or conversational design.
