Role Description The Articles - CA Student role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves supporting audit, assurance, taxation, and accounting assignments under the guidance of senior professionals. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing working papers, assisting in statutory and internal audits, helping with tax computations and filings, Accounting update and maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. The CA Student will conduct research on accounting standards and regulatory requirements, assist in drafting reports and client communications, and contribute to process improvements within engagements. The role also includes collaborating with team members, attending training sessions, and adhering to professional and ethical standards while working on client projects.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) and eligible for articleship as per the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) requirements.
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and taxation rules, with the ability to apply them in practical scenarios.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with accounting or ERP software; ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear working papers, reports, and client documentation.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and numerical skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage deadlines, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment with a professional attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to dynamic client needs, and maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Prior internship or exposure to audit, tax, or finance environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
