Role Description

As an Article Assistant at SSKM, you will play an essential role in supporting various functions including audit, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting in statutory and internal audits, preparing tax returns, conducting research on financial regulations, and maintaining client records. You will also contribute to business process outsourcing tasks and compliance assurance projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and auditing principles to assist in audits and client evaluations.
• Proficiency in tax compliance, including both direct and indirect tax preparation and filing.
• Research and analytical skills to study and interpret financial regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Enrollment in Chartered Accountancy (CA) course and completion of the required CA Intermediate or IPCC levels.
• An eagerness to learn, along with a positive attitude and a commitment to professional development.
