Art Director

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and experienced Art Director to lead our design team in developing innovative visual solutions that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction of projects, ensuring high-quality design across various media.

This will be an onsite short term contract role, working 40 hours per week, starting Thursday(01.15)  or Monday (01.19) and wrapping up by Friday (01.23).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the design team to produce exceptional visual work that meets client and project objectives.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, advertising, and digital media campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity.
• Review and provide feedback on design work, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously enhance the creative process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Visual Communication, Branding, and Print Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
• Excellent understanding of Typography, Illustration, and Digital Media.
• Experience with User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles.
• Strong conceptualization skills and ability to develop and present creative ideas effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
