We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. In This Role, You Will Design, develop, and customizing ARIS reports using JavaScript and ARIS APIs to meet diverse business needs Building and optimizing dashboards within ARIS, including data preparation, visualization, and stakeholder-focused design ARIS scripting using JavaScript, including the ability to leverage ARIS APIs for custom report logic and data extraction. Strong understanding of ARIS object model, including methods for accessing, filtering, and processing ARIS database objects and their attributes efficiently Ability to structure scripts into modular, maintainable functions to optimize memory usage and performance, avoiding global variables and deep function stacks. Ability to adopt best practices in ARIS report scripting, such as explicit variable declaration, error handling using try/catch blocks, and proper resource cleanup after errors or database operations. Creating and managing user-defined attributes and models, ensuring correct handling of TypeGUIDs to maintain report stability across server restarts2. Experience preparing reports for scheduling (removing user dialogs, setting appropriate flags ) and optimizing for execution without manual intervention. Proficiency with the latest ARIS script editors and debugging tools, such as browser-based IDEs with auto-completion, error highlighting, and productivity features To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Person should have 10+ years of Experience in ARIS Development, Business Process Management, JavaScript s and APIs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task effectively Must adapt to change quickly and be able to assess impacts where necessary Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items Good to have knowledge on Agile technologies (JIRA, Confluence) Good to have Knowledge on ServiceNow Incident, Problem and Change Management Troubleshoot and fixing incidents, Keeping the system up and running, timely escalation to Lead Assist other IT teams as well as Business stakeholders with your solutions during major/critical incidents Ensure the service operations quality is up to the organization standards Adhere to Agile methodology (example Scrum, Kanban & Jira etc) Mentoring the Agile PoDs on the RTB optimization and making sure no defects postproduction Should have flexible in working hours, ready to work in shift and on call You?ll achieve more when you join HSBC www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
