The Role Build and maintain backend services using Node.js (LTS 20/22). Develop clean, testable JavaScript/TypeScript code. Create RESTful APIs (Express.js / NestJS). Work with MongoDB + Mongoose, and optionally Redis. Implement authentication, JWT, RBAC, and secure middleware. Collaborate on API architecture, caching, real-time communication, and integrations. Use CI/CD pipelines, (optional) Docker, and cloud deployments. Implement logging, monitoring (PM2), and resolve performance issues. Write automated tests and follow Git best practices. Youll Thrive Here If You Have Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and backend fundamentals. Hands-on experience with MongoDB/Mongoose. Good understanding of security and API best practices. Familiarity with TypeScript (preferred). Experience with Git and collaborative workflows. (Good to Have) Redis, NestJS, GraphQL, Docker, Serverless, distributed systems. Location : Mumbai or Indore.
