Area supervisor

Position Overview:

PlayAll Sports is looking for an Area In-Charge to run day-to-day operations across a cluster of venues. The role manages a team of Venue Executives through daily coordination, makes sure SOPs and policies are followed on the ground, and resolves customer escalations on the spot. Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager, the Area In-Charge spends most of their time at venues and travels regularly between sites in the cluster.

•     Manage a team of Venue Executives across the cluster through daily coordination, ensuring work gets done and venues run smoothly.

•     Ensure SOPs and company policies are implemented and followed consistently at every venue.

•     Handle customer escalations and provide quick, on-the-spot resolutions.

•     Oversee venue repairs and maintenance, coordinating fixes so issues don’t disrupt play.

•     Support Venue Executive retention — keep the team engaged, address concerns early, and reduce attrition.

•     Stay aware of competitor activity and customer behaviour, and share useful observations upward.

•     At least 2 years of experience running day-to-day operations (sports, retail, hospitality, or similar on-ground roles).

•     Comfortable making quick, on-the-spot decisions and resolving issues independently.

•     Disciplined about following and enforcing processes and SOPs.

•     Good coordination and communication skills to manage a venue team day-to-day.

•     Willing to travel regularly between venues in the cluster.

•     Fluent in Hindi & English.

•     Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
