Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, manage and grow relationships with distributors and clients, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring market trends, and developing strategies to expand the customer base. The candidate will also support the implementation of sales plans and ensure customer satisfaction with Shakti Pumps' solutions.

Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven abilities in managing regional sales, identifying growth opportunities, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Skills in nurturing long-term professional relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Expertise in analyzing market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to develop strategic sales plans.
- Communication and Leadership: Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills to motivate the team and effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with pumping solutions, particularly in solar-powered and sustainable technologies, will be a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
