Samarth E Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is an emerging EV startup focused on developing innovative electric two-wheelers. As we prepare to expand our market presence, we are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our sales growth and dealer network development.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the electric two-wheeler segment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in two-wheeler sales, dealer network development, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional and national sales targets.
• Build and expand dealer/distributor networks across key markets.
• Drive market penetration and brand visibility for company products.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong dealer and channel partner relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Lead sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Ensure strong dealer engagement and high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and present insights to management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the two-wheeler automotive industry.
• Experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in dealer network development and channel sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel for market expansion activities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
