Job Position: Area Sales Manager (Front-End Sales)

Location: Chennai

Role Description:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in front-end sales, with at least 2 years in the heat exchanger industry (preferably handling fin tube products)
• Strong commercial acumen to handle high-value contracts (>₹0.5 Cr)
• Willingness to travel extensively (70%+ travel required)
• Responsible for managing the Southern region (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and partial Karnataka)
• Fluency in English (written and oral), Hindi, and a regional language

Qualification:

• Engineering Degree (Diploma/BE) with >50% CGPA
• Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust through communication and transparency
• Ability to develop and maintain successful internal and external stakeholder relationships
