Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Design, plan, organize and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organizations objectives.
  • Work closely with Business Unit Head and having a full understanding of the Business unit and implement effective learning solutions inclusive of need analysis design, development, implementation, reporting and evaluation.
  • Conduct pre-sales demo and post-sales product training in all schools to support sales & marketing team.
  • Conduct Refresher training for key and major clients, for optimal utilization of digital technology in everyday teaching-learning environment.
  • Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
  • Ability to handle objection and problems presented by clients and convert them into solutions.
