🔹 Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

🔹 Segment: CES

(IB, UPS, Solar Combo, Lithium, Automotive, etc.)

🔹 Locations: Pune, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Nashik

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth in the assigned territory

• Appoint and manage distributors & dealers

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Market development and brand visibility

• Collection management and credit control

👤 Preferred Profile:

• Experience in Battery / UPS / Solar / Power Solutions

• Strong dealer & distributor management skills

• Strong dealer & distributor handling skills

• Good communication and negotiation abilities

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
