Job Description
This position is responsible for directing and executing all sales activities of the District Sales Representatives within the assigned area. Also includes managing the sales budget and ensuring a motivated, knowledgeable, and well-trained sales management team.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and a minimum of 3 years related sales management experience required. Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

- Coordinate and maintain all contract processing.
- Maintain sales information on the sales share drive including promotional allowances.
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of sales reports to include Transportation, Customer Master, Distributor, Price, and DSD Route.
- Perform basic sales analysis to support sales activities.
- Organize, administer, and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual reports.
- Provide for the maintenance and accuracy of Liberty information.
- Maintain sales files and proper supplies and equipment for efficient operation of sales office.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Experience in sales administration and basic sales analysis.
- Ability to utilize all Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral presentations and in writing.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on analysis.
- Ability to quickly learn SAP, Panorama, Liberty, and DMS.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of the grocery industry.
- Basic understanding of how internal departments operate together.
- Work requires travel.
- Candidates must live in the geographic area to ensure a reasonable commute and access to customers and distributors in the assigned district.
