Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Industry: Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) / Building Materials

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years in ACP / Building Materials / Construction Products

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to expand our market presence in Goa. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, driving sales growth, and strengthening relationships with architects, fabricators, and channel partners in the region.

• Develop and expand dealer and distributor network in the Goa region.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for ACP products.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, and fabricators.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and channel partners.

• Conduct market visits, product presentations, and site follow-ups.

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely supply and customer satisfaction.

• Collect payments and monitor outstanding receivables from dealers.

• Participate in architect meets, dealer meets, and promotional activities.

• Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and pipeline updates to management.

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in ACP / Building Materials / Construction Industry.

• Strong network with dealers, fabricators, and architects in Goa.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage territory sales.

• Willingness to travel within the region.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
