Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Assign targets to ADMs, train Sales & Sr. Sales Executives, and review performance regularly.
Sales Growth: Identify new territories, analyze market potential, and drive lead generation strategies.
Relationship Management: Build strong connections with builders and A & B category architects.
Key Enquiries: Handle major enquiries personally and support the team in closing strategic deals.
Issue Resolution: Manage team conflicts and resolve client escalations effectively.
Reporting & CRM: Monitor daily sales reports, ensure weekly CRM updates, and maintain >50% enquiry conversion ratio.
Recruitment & Retention: Identify manpower gaps and support hiring & retention initiatives.
Market Visits: Conduct outstation visits, develop new markets, and submit visit reports with competitor insights.
