Area Sales Manager

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Chennai)

• Oversee and drive sales activities within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• Manage relationships with distributors, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for the clients
• Build customer satisfaction and customer relationships.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to senior management.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Should have Bachelor's degree in science, Biomedical Engineering, B.Tech or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in medical device sales, specifically in critical care areas such as Anesthesia & ventilators.
• Market Knowledge: In depth understanding of the critical care market.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
