Overall work experience should be more than 9 years 8-10 years’ experience in P2P Should have worked on Month close activities, intercompany reconciliations, financial statements and variance analysisExcellent escalation handling, clarifying concerns, seeking support and monthly evaluation of performance of the team members within the process QCA of associate performance feedback, identifying knowledge gaps and conducting process trainingsSubject Matter Expert in handling exceptional scenariosAssisting and training new/existing team membersIdentifying knowledge gaps and conducting process trainingsHandle daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc calls with clientBe the first point of contact for SME queries via emails and callsInitiate and drive process improvements across the teamWork load balancing, leave management and monitoring scheduled adherenceConduct regular one on ones, motivate team members and manage conflicts ; ; ;Update process documentations and process maps on a regular basisConduct new hires trainings, cross trainings and monthly refresher trainings as per process requirementAttention to detail and methodical approach to keep track of processes and informationExperience in prepare, review and upload journal entries, Accruals, Prepayments, Netting entries, reporting such as Hyperion (HFM) review and variance analysisManage Ensure SLA / month-end calendar timelines are achieved as per the processAdhere to the internal and external audit requirement and provide supporting as per schedule
