Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing and mentoring the sales team, conducting market research, planning and executing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. The role includes client relationship management and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven sales experience and ability to achieve targets Leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of financial products like Home Loans, Life Insurance, and General Insurance Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
