MAJOR ACTIVITIES :


1. Driving ACCESSORIES Turnover in the network :

▪ Driving ACCESSORIES Wholesale in the network by achieving the targeted ACCESSORIES per CAR penetration

▪ Driving ACCESSORIES Retail through Workshop for existing Car Parc

▪ Enhance retail penetration of ACCESSORIES through Rural Channel


2. Contribute towards customer retention :

▪ Promotion and sale of Renault Services – Extended Warranty, Easy Care (AMC) and RSA through Showroom and Workshop


3. Contribute to Customer Satisfaction on Accessories :

▪ Ensure Quality Fitment of ACCESSORIES and service delivered to customers on ACCESSORIES

▪ ACCESSORIES warranty monitoring


4. Drive productivity enablers :

▪ Ensure “basics” are in place in all Dealerships (ACCESSORIES Brochures, POS, ACCESSORIES Display, Availability and Training of ACCESSORIES Manpower, Accessorised car in SR)

▪ Actions to reduce dispersion between Dealers.

▪ Optimization of Accessory inventory in the Network (Focus on penetration level)

▪ ▪ Eliminate sale of non-Genuine ACCESSORIES in the dealership.


5. Support Field Activities :

▪ Support on Field Deployment - New Accessories Launch /Limited Edition/New Vehicle Launch/New Dealer Setup


CHALLENGES:


Role Complexity :

  • Buy-in from Network on Renault Genuine accessories only
  • Renault Services sale: Offer advantages of Service retention, overall impact on parts T/O
  • Reduce dispersion in ACCESSORIES performance among the dealer groups.


Solution Mechanism :

▪ Interaction with the dealership team and regular monitoring of KPIs.

▪ Review with ACCESSORIES team on monthly basis.
