Arcon PAM Engineer

Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced ARCON Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to implement, manage, and optimize our ARCON PAM platform across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening our privileged access security posture by deploying, integrating, and maintaining ARCON PAM solutions while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and robust protection of critical systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with ARCON PAM, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including network, infrastructure, and security operations. Key Responsibilities ARCON PAM Deployment & Administration Deploy, configure, and manage the ARCON PAM platform across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments . Perform upgrades, patches, version migrations , and ensure platform high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) readiness. Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, runbooks, configuration guides , and architecture diagrams. Integration & Access Management Integrate ARCON PAM with Active Directory, LDAP , SIEM, ITSM, and other enterprise security tools. Define and implement access policies, workflows, and role-based & rule-based access controls . Implement privilege elevation, delegation , just-in-time (JIT) access, and least-privilege models . Credential & Session Security Manage vaulting of credentials , automated password rotation, SSH key management, and secrets management. Enable and manage session monitoring, session recording, and real-time alerting for privileged activities. Generate scheduled and on-demand reports/dashboards on privileged access activity, anomalies, and compliance requirements. Troubleshooting & Collaboration Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for PAM-related issues. Work closely with network, infrastructure, security operations, and application teams to support secure access requirements. Support audit and compliance activities related to privileged access. Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with ARCON PAM including installation, configuration, and integration. Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts , frameworks, and best practices. Knowledge of enterprise security protocols such as TCP/IP, SSH, SSL/TLS . Operating system expertise across Windows and Linux/Unix environments. Experience in vaulting, credential lifecycle management, session monitoring , and secrets management. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
