We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Architect with deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agent-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Generative AI, Agent Development Kit (ADK), A2A, Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI, and will be responsible for architecting scalable AI systems across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI agent solutions using Google ADK, A2A, Vertex AI, and Gemini models.
• Lead development of enterprise-grade AI products
• Design and optimize AI systems using GCP services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to capability building across AI and app dev teams.
• Ensure compliance with cloud architecture standards and security protocols.
• Drive innovation through multi-agent collaboration, autonomous reasoning, and continuous learning frameworks.
• Document architectural decisions, workflows, and deployment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years in software development, with 5+ years in AI/ML and cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, Flask, Langchain/LangGraph/CrewAI, Gemini, Vertex AI, A2A and Google Agent Development Kit.
• Deep knowledge of GCP fundamental services: Compute, Storage, Database ,etc.
• Proven experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI design.
• Familiarity with MCP servers, Gemini Enterprise , and A2A protocols.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
