Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter with 2–4 years of experience to join our architecture firm in Chennai. The candidate will work closely with architects and design teams to prepare high-quality architectural drawings and detailed construction documents for residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Assist architects in design development and presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Prepare submission drawings for local authority approvals.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards.
• Maintain drawing records and documentation systematically.
• Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in an architectural firm.\
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software is an advantage.
