ROLE OVERVIEW

The Architect is a design-focused role responsible for architectural planning and execution support for Eallisto’s Solar Renewable Energy projects as well as civil and infrastructure projects. The role involves layout planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and preparation of functional, sustainable, and regulation-compliant designs across diverse project types.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect (preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , SketchUp/Revit , Lumion or equivalent tools.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential buildings.
• Exposure to infrastructure or civil works.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare architectural designs for solar power plants, rooftop solar systems, civil buildings, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop concept designs, working drawings, 3D models, and detailed construction drawings.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and MEP teams for integrated project delivery.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and layout planning for both solar and civil projects.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, development regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Assist in client presentations, authority approvals, and project documentation.
• Review drawings and construction progress to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Support project execution with cost-effective and practical design solutions.
