Architect

Role Overview

The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating the architectural aspects of NV Infras projects. This includes conceptual design, drawing preparation, client coordination, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and regular site visits to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Conceptualization

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Ensure designs align with client requirements, project feasibility, and budgets.

Coordination & Documentation

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Prepare architectural documentation for approvals, permits, and client presentations.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project communications.

Site Management & Execution

• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Provide solutions for on-site design issues or changes.
• Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to resolve any design discrepancies.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while ensuring project timelines are met.
• Assist in finalizing materials, finishes, and fixtures according to design intent.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in residential architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
