Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect for a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. The Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs, managing projects, and ensuring optimal integration of design elements. Responsibilities include conceptualizing designs, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, overseeing project execution, and ensuring quality and functionality at every stage.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong ability to create innovative and functional solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
• Expertise in Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Formal academic qualifications in Architecture or a related field are required.
• Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly design principles is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and maintain a client-focused approach.
