Job Title: Architect

Job Summary

LifeWall is seeking an Architect who will be responsible for developing concepts and presenting them effectively to clients. The role requires direct client interaction, ownership of concept development, and the ability to clearly communicate design intent through presentations and mood board meetings. This position plays a key role in ensuring client alignment at the early stages of the project

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop concepts aligned with client requirements, preferences, and overall project objectives
  • Understand client needs through detailed discussions and project brief meetings
  • Conduct client meetings at the office or at client locations, as required
  • Present the prepared concept to clients through structured and effective presentations
  • Clearly communicate concepts, BOQ details, layouts, and mood boards during client presentations
  • Obtain project quotes and BOQs through coordination with the estimation team
  • Plan, organise, and lead mood board meetings with clients.
  • Incorporate client feedback and implement revisions to concepts in a timely and effective manner

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong conceptual thinking and visualisation skills
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication abilities
  • Ability to articulate design rationale confidently and professionally
  • Proficiency in design and presentation tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of materials, finishes, and overall design aesthetics
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proven experience in handling client presentations and meetings
