Salesforce Scrum Master / Project Manager Hiring Location

Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Banagalore/Chennai/Trivandrum/Pune

Experience Range: 9 to 12 years

5+ years of relevant experience in Scrum Master and/or Project Management roles with direct Salesforce project involvement.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Scrum Master / Project Manager to support successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives across the enterprise. This role will facilitate Agile delivery, manage Salesforce projects, and ensure cross-functional teams deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce platform knowledge, Agile delivery expertise, and structured project management discipline, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.

Must Have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
  • Direct experience managing Salesforce projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on exposure to:
    • Sprint Planning
    • Sprint Grooming / Backlog Refinement
    • Daily Stand-ups
    • Sprint Reviews
    • Retrospectives
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementations across:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Experience Cloud
  • Project planning, tracking, risk & issue management
  • Stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams
  • Strong facilitation, organizational, and communication skills
Good To Have Skills

  • Experience managing Salesforce integrations
  • Experience working with System Integrators
  • Exposure to enterprise governance and release management frameworks
  • Knowledge of change management processes
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform, or Agile-related certifications)
  • Experience in large enterprise transformation programs

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Facilitation

  • Serve as Scrum Master for Salesforce teams
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices
  • Remove impediments and manage risks/dependencies
  • Drive continuous improvement

Project Management & Delivery

  • Manage scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track and report status, risks, and issues
  • Align Agile execution with broader governance frameworks

Salesforce Delivery Support

  • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs
  • Coordinate releases and deployments
  • Support post-release stabilization

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as liaison between business and Salesforce teams
  • Facilitate demos and requirement discussions
  • Provide executive-level reporting and documentation

Governance, Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to delivery standards and security policies
  • Support release governance and documentation
  • Contribute to Salesforce process improvements
