Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Ashiana Housing Limited. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects, creating innovative and functional architectural designs, coordinating the integration of software tools, and managing project timelines and resources. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure projects meet design, budget, and timeline expectations while adhering to quality standards.

How can you make an Impact?

• Role & Responsibilities
• Coordinate between design and site execution teams.
• Prepare and review architectural/interior drawings and GFCs.
• Monitor site execution, quality, timelines, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and procurement teams.
• Handle interior fit-outs, layouts, flooring, ceilings, and finishing details.
• Conduct site inspections, mock-up reviews, and resolve execution issues.
• Skills Required
• AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office
• Strong coordination and execution skills
• Knowledge of architectural detailing and site management
• Good communication and problem-solving
